为夯实车队团队协作能力，规范队员行车素养，增进队内凝聚力与默契度，2026年09月09日，中国共驰车队（China GC Team）在《欧洲卡车模拟2》TruckersMP平台顺利开展队内专属联运活动。本次活动全程秩序井然、安全有序，所有参与队员圆满完成运输行程，为车队常态化规范化运营筑牢坚实基础。
本次联运为车队内部专属交流活动，无外部车队及散人玩家参与，核心以“以练促学、以行聚力”为宗旨，依托模拟货运联运场景，锤炼队员行车纪律、跟车配合与应急协作能力，践行车队“行则不散，进则不乱，同向而行，共速而驰”的核心理念。活动前期，车队管理团队提前统筹部署，敲定联运服务器、行驶路线、集合时间与指挥分工，同步发布活动细则，明确行车规范、队列秩序、语音调度等各项要求，为活动顺利开展做好全方位筹备。
活动当日，队员们准时抵达指定服务器集合签到，统一启用车队专属涂装与规范前缀标识，全员整装待发、风貌规整。联运全程严格遵循车队管理制度及TruckersMP平台规则，在指挥人员的统一调度下，全体队员保持安全车距，匀速平稳行进，杜绝随意超车、紧急制动、占道别车等不规范行为。面对途中复杂路况与实时路况变化，队员们听从指挥、默契配合，及时调整行车状态，有序处理途中突发情况，展现出扎实的模拟驾驶素养与良好的团队执行力。
整场联运行程流畅连贯，车队队列整齐划一，行进节奏稳定有序。漫长的运输路途不仅考验着队员的耐力与专注力，更锤炼了全员的团队协作意识与集体归属感。途中队员们依托队内语音频道实时沟通、互帮互助，交流行车经验、分享操作技巧，在沉浸式的联运体验中拉近彼此距离，进一步凝聚了团队向心力，充分展现了中国共驰车队严谨自律、团结奋进的优良队风。

Cohesion Forges Progress | China GC Team Internal Convoy Successfully Held on September 9, 2026
To strengthen the team’s collaborative capabilities, standardize members’ driving proficiency, and enhance internal cohesion and tacit understanding, China GC Team successfully held an exclusive internal convoy event on the TruckersMP platform of Euro Truck Simulator 2 on September 9, 2026. The entire event proceeded in an orderly and safe manner, with all participating members completing the transport route successfully, laying a solid foundation for the standardized and regular operation of the team.
As an exclusive internal communication activity open only to official team members with no external teams or individual players participating, the convoy adhered to the core principle of "improving capabilities through practice and uniting the team through action". Based on simulated freight convoy scenarios, the event aimed to refine members’ driving discipline, formation coordination and emergency response abilities, and embody the team’s spirit: "Unite in movement, maintain order in progress, advance side by side, and forge ahead together". In the early preparation stage, the team management made thorough overall arrangements, confirming the convoy server, driving route, assembly time and command division of labor. Detailed activity rules were officially released to standardize driving norms, formation discipline and voice communication protocols, ensuring full preparation for the smooth implementation of the event.
On the day of the event, all members arrived at the designated server on time for check-in. All participants adopted the official team livery and standardized name prefix, presenting a neat and unified team appearance. Throughout the convoy, all members strictly abided by team regulations and TruckersMP official rules. Under the unified dispatch of command staff, all teams maintained safe driving distances and proceeded at a steady and uniform speed, prohibiting arbitrary overtaking, sudden braking, lane occupying and other irregular driving behaviors. Faced with complex road conditions and real-time traffic changes during the journey, all members followed commands, cooperated tacitly and adjusted their driving status timely to properly handle unexpected situations, demonstrating solid simulation driving literacy and excellent team execution.
The entire convoy journey was smooth and continuous with a neat formation and stable marching rhythm. The long-distance transport test not only tempered members’ endurance and concentration, but also strengthened the overall team collaboration awareness and collective sense of belonging. During the journey, members communicated and assisted each other in real time via the internal voice channel, exchanging driving experience and operational skills. The immersive convoy experience further narrowed the distance between members, consolidated team centripetal force, and fully reflected the rigorous, self-disciplined, united and progressive fine style of China GC Team.
The successful conclusion of this internal convoy has effectively improved the overall convoy capability and tacit cooperation of team members, standardized daily driving behaviors, and further improved the team’s standardized and regular activity system.
