中国共驰车队管理人员任职公示通告

各位车队成员、欧卡2联运车友：
为规范车队日常管理秩序，完善车队组织架构，保障日常联运、人事管理、技术维护、宣传运营等各项工作有序开展，打造团结、规范、优质的欧卡2联运氛围，经车队核心商议决定，现正式公示中国共驰车队现任全体管理人员名单及岗位分工。全体管理成员各司其职、协同履职，共同维护车队发展，现将任职信息公示如下：
一、车队创始人
破晓、晚晴、海棠
统筹车队整体发展方向、规章制度制定、重大事项决策，引领车队稳步发展。
二、车队核心管理层
车队队长：毛驴
全面负责车队日常运营管理、成员管理、联运统筹、秩序维护，统筹协调各部门工作开展。
车队副队：浅忆、北慕、明日
协助队长开展车队日常管理工作，分管车队日常考勤、联运组织、成员问题处理，队长缺位时全权代管车队事务。
车队高管：小8、小七
参与车队重大事务决策，监督各部门工作落实，协助优化车队管理制度，统筹协调跨部门工作，助力车队规范化建设。
三、联运部（核心职能部门）
联运部主管：鱼鱼
全权负责车队联运活动策划、组织、统筹，制定联运规则、安排联运场次，把控联运整体秩序与质量。
联运部副主管：拾贰、老李
协助主管组织日常联运活动，统计联运出勤、维护联运现场秩序，对接成员联运需求，保障各类联运活动顺利开展。
四、人事部
人事部经理：星星
负责车队成员招募、考核、晋升、辞退等人事工作，完善成员档案，统筹车队人员管理体系。
人事部副经理：阿旭、紫陌
协助开展人员招募审核、日常成员考勤、成员问题答疑、队内氛围维护，配合完成人事各项日常工作。
五、技术部
技术部主管：小陈
负责车队游戏技术指导、联机问题排查、模组适配、游戏故障解答，为车队成员提供技术支持，保障联运稳定运行。
六、媒体部
媒体部经理：阿南
负责车队宣传推广、素材拍摄剪辑、车队动态发布、对外形象维护，打造良好的车队对外口碑与氛围。
公示说明：
1、本次公示为车队最新正式管理人员名单，所有管理成员恪尽职守、秉公履职，全心服务车队及全体成员。
2、队内所有日常事务、联运安排、人事问题、技术咨询、宣传相关事宜，均可对应联系对应岗位管理人员处理。
3、希望全体成员自觉遵守车队规章制度，积极配合管理工作，同心协力、文明联运，共同守护共驰车队良好氛围。
4、后续车队人事调整、岗位变动将另行发布官方通告，一切以正式公示信息为准。

Dear team members and Euro Truck Simulator 2 convoy enthusiasts:
To standardize daily team management, optimize the organizational structure, and ensure the smooth operation of regular convoys, personnel administration, technical support and media promotion, we aim to build a united, standardized and high-quality ETS2 community atmosphere. After core team discussion and resolution, we hereby release the official management roster and job responsibilities of China Gongchi Trucking Team. All management staff shall perform their duties earnestly and cooperate fully to promote stable team development.
1. Team Founders
Po Xiao, Wan Qing, Hai Tang
Responsible for overall team development planning, regulation formulation and major decision-making, leading the standardized and sustainable development of the team.
2. Core Team Management
Team Captain: Mao Lv
In charge of daily team operation, member management, convoy arrangement and on-site discipline, as well as coordinating all departmental work.
Deputy Team Captains: Qian Yi, Bei Mu, Ming Ri
Assist the captain in daily management, attendance statistics and convoy organization; handle member inquiries and take full charge of team affairs during the captain’s absence.
Senior Management: Xiao Ba, Xiao Qi
Participate in major team decisions, supervise departmental execution, optimize management systems and coordinate cross-departmental affairs to promote standardized team construction.
3. Convoy Department
Convoy Department Supervisor: Yu Yu
Fully responsible for convoy planning, activity arrangement, rule formulation, schedule deployment and overall convoy quality control.
Convoy Department Deputy Supervisors: Shi Er, Lao Li
Assist in daily convoy organization, attendance recording and on-site order maintenance; respond to member demands and guarantee smooth convoy operations.
4. Personnel Department
Personnel Manager: Xing Xing
Responsible for member recruitment, assessment, promotion and dismissal, file management and systematic personnel optimization.
Personnel Deputy Managers: A Xu, Zi Mo
Assist in recruitment review, daily attendance checking, member consultation and internal atmosphere maintenance.
5. Technical Department
Technical Department Supervisor: Chen
Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot online connection issues, support mod adaptation and solve game-related failures to ensure stable convoy experience.
6. Media Department
Media Manager: A Nan
Responsible for team promotion, video shooting and editing, dynamic updates and external image building to maintain a positive team reputation.
