为持续夯实车队运营基础、规范社群管理体系、冲刺TruckersMP官方红名认证资质，进一步扩大《欧洲卡车模拟》社群影响力，践行“行则不散，进则不乱，同向而行，共速而驰”的车队宗旨，中国共驰车队结合现阶段发展现状，统筹规划、精准部署，正式发布十月整体工作目标与发展计划。车队将以标准化运营、常态化活动、优质化社群、规范化纳新为核心，稳步推进各项工作落地落实，全力推动车队高质量发展。
在活动运营方面，本月车队将严格对标官方认证标准，落实常态化活动机制。持续坚持“每月1场公开联动活动、1场队内专属活动”的基础要求，精心策划十月主题联运活动，优化活动流程、规范活动秩序，做好全程取证记录，留存完整活动截图、时间凭证与活动链接。同时，积极参与社区优质公开活动，主动联动各大优质车队开展交流互动，丰富活动形式、提升活动质量，持续活跃欧卡模拟社区氛围，为红名认证积累充足、合规的活动素材。
在社群建设与资质冲刺方面，车队将聚焦官方红名认证核心要求，补齐完善各项资质材料。本月将完成全新原创VTC新闻帖更新，丰富车队发展纪实、活动集锦、成长历程等优质内容，保障内容原创优质、贴合车队发展。同时，全面优化车队主页资料、社群公示信息，规整车队档案，梳理往期活动成果、成员发展数据，持续提升车队规范化、专业化运营水平，全力冲刺官方红名认证考核指标。
在纳新发展与团队扩容方面，车队将持续稳步纳新、严控入队标准。依托现有百人团队基础，持续面向全网《欧洲卡车模拟》爱好者开放招募，坚持择优吸纳、规范审核，杜绝低质量、违规人员入队。同时完善新人帮扶机制，安排专人对接新人指导，帮助新人快速融入车队、熟悉联运规则，提升团队整体凝聚力与活跃度，打造团结、有序、积极的车友社群。
在纪律管理与氛围维护方面，车队将进一步强化内部管理、严明队内纪律。常态化开展规则宣讲，督促全体成员遵守TruckersMP平台规则与车队规章制度，严控违规、警告行为，杜绝封禁违纪情况发生。同时优化队内管理架构，细化管理员职责，规范活动组织、日常运维、社群管理流程，持续营造团结互助、文明联运、合规有序的优质车队氛围。

October Work Plan of China Gongchi Team

To further consolidate the team’s operational foundation, standardize the community management system, strive for the official TruckersMP Red Name certification, and expand our influence within the Euro Truck Simulator community, China Gongchi Team has formulated the overall work objectives and development plan for October in accordance with our current development situation. Adhering to the team tenet — “United while traveling, orderly while advancing, moving forward together, speeding forward side by side”, our team focuses on standardized operation, regular event organization, high-quality community construction and standardized recruitment. We will steadily implement all work arrangements and promote the high-quality development of the team.
Event Operation
This month, our team will strictly follow the official certification standards and implement a regular event mechanism. We will adhere to the basic requirement of holding one public linkage event and one internal team event every month. We will carefully design themed convoy activities for October, optimize event procedures and standardize on-site discipline. Complete event records, including valid screenshots, time proof and official event links, will be fully retained. Meanwhile, we will actively participate in high-quality community public events and carry out friendly exchanges and interactions with other outstanding teams. By enriching event forms and improving activity quality, we will continuously invigorate the Euro Truck Simulator community and accumulate sufficient and compliant event materials for our Red Name certification application.
Community Construction and Certification Promotion
Centering on the core requirements of official Red Name certification, our team will improve and complete all certification materials. We will release original VTC news posts this month, including team development records, event highlights and growth stories to present authentic and high-quality team content. In addition, we will optimize the VTC homepage information and community public announcements, standardize team files, and sort out previous event achievements and member operation data. We will continuously improve the standardized and professional operation level of the team to fully meet the assessment indicators for official Red Name certification.
Recruitment and Team Expansion
Based on our current team scale of 100 members, we will continue open recruitment for Euro Truck Simulator enthusiasts worldwide with strict admission standards. We will select new members prudently through standardized review and reject low-quality and rule-breaking applicants. Meanwhile, we will improve the new member assistance system. Special staff will provide targeted guidance to help new members integrate into the team quickly and master standard convoy rules. This measure aims to enhance overall team cohesion and activity, and build a united, orderly and positive community for trucking lovers.
Discipline Management and Community Atmosphere Maintenance
We will further strengthen internal management and strict team discipline. Regular rule publicity will be carried out to urge all members to abide by TruckersMP platform regulations and team rules, strictly control violations and warnings, and eliminate serious violations and account bans. We will optimize the internal management structure, refine the responsibilities of administrators, and standardize the whole process of event organization, daily operation and community management. We will consistently maintain a positive atmosphere featuring united cooperation, standardized convoy behavior and rule-abiding communication.
With firm original aspiration and persistent efforts, China Gongchi Team will implement all October work plans with high standards and strict requirements. We will steadily consolidate operational foundations, enhance overall team strength with standardized management, high-quality activities and a positive community atmosphere.
