中国极星车队参加雪途车队7周年活动的记录和总结 Records and Summary of the Polestar China Team's Participation in the Snow Tour Team's 7th Anniversary Event
本次我们极星车队受邀参加雪途车队 7 周年庆典大型联运活动，与国内众多 VTC 车队相聚 TruckersMP 活动服务器，共同见证雪途车队七载风雨历程，以卡车为纽带，以热爱奔赴这场周年盛会。
活动前期，车队管理提前发布活动通知，统计参与司机，组织队员熟悉活动路线、集合点位、联运规则，强调行车纪律、车距控制、服从现场指挥，提醒大家规范行驶，杜绝恶意别车、超速乱变道等违规行为，做好车辆涂装、ID 格式检查，保障车队整体形象。
活动当晚，我方队员准时抵达集合点有序签到集结。正式发车后，全体队员紧跟大部队节奏，保持安全车距，听从现场指挥调度，全程文明驾驶，有序跟随庞大的联运车队驰骋欧洲大陆。路途之中，途经服务区、打卡点位，队员积极配合集体合影留念，展现极星车队良好风貌。整场联运路途较长，途中遇到网络波动、车流拥堵等情况，我方司机都能够冷静处理，尽量维持编队，不扰乱整体联运秩序，顺利跟随大部队抵达终点，圆满完成本次周年联运全程运输任务。
通过本次雪途车队七周年活动，我们不仅见证了雪途车队七年一路走来的成长与荣光，也和国内各大友队增进交流，互相学习联运组织经验，拉近了车队之间的友谊。同时也锻炼了我方队员大型多车队联合活动下的配合能力，提升队员集体意识与规则意识。
同时本次活动也暴露出部分小问题：个别队员网络卡顿出现短暂掉队；少数司机对长距离大型联运节奏把控不足。后续车队会加强大型联运前的宣讲，提醒队员提前优化网络，强化跟车、编队训练，提升队员参与大型对外活动的综合能力。

This time, our Polestar team was invited to participate in the Snowway Team's 7th Anniversary Grand Joint Event, gathering with numerous domestic VTC teams on the TruckersMP event server. Together, we witnessed Snowway Team's seven-year journey through wind and rain, united by trucks and passion for this anniversary celebration.
In the early stages of the event, the fleet management team issued advance notices, counted participating drivers, organized members to familiarize themselves with the route, assembly points, and coordination rules. Emphasis was placed on driving discipline, maintaining safe distances, and following on-site instructions. Drivers were reminded to adhere to traffic regulations, avoid reckless lane changes, speeding, and other violations. Additionally, vehicle livery and ID format inspections were conducted to ensure a unified fleet appearance.
On the evening of the event, our team members arrived at the designated assembly point on time, registered in an orderly manner, and assembled. After the official departure, all team members closely followed the main convoy's pace, maintained safe distances, adhered to on-site command and coordination, and drove civilly throughout the journey, following the large multinational convoy across the European continent. Along the way, passing service areas and checkpoints, the team members actively participated in group photo sessions, showcasing the excellent demeanor of the Polestar convoy. The entire journey was quite extensive, and despite encountering issues such as network fluctuations and traffic congestion, our drivers handled the situations calmly, striving to maintain formation and avoid disrupting the overall convoy order. They successfully followed the main group to the destination, completing the anniversary convoy transport mission smoothly.
Through the seventh anniversary event of the Xuetu Team, we not only witnessed the growth and glory of the team over seven years, but also strengthened exchanges with major domestic teams, learning from each other's experience in organizing joint events and deepening the friendship among teams. Additionally, this event honed our members' ability to collaborate in large-scale multi-team activities, enhancing their collective consciousness and awareness of rules.
This event also revealed some minor issues: occasional network lag causing brief lags for some team members; and insufficient control over long-distance large-scale convoy operations by a few drivers. The subsequent convoy team will strengthen pre-event briefings for large-scale operations, remind members to optimize their networks in advance, enhance follow-up and formation training, and improve members' overall capabilities for participating in large-scale external activities.
Here, the entire Polestar team once again congratulates the Xutu Team on its 7th anniversary! May the Xutu Team continue to thrive year after year, growing stronger and more expansive. We look forward to future collaborations with the Xutu Team and other friendly teams, racing side by side across the Euro Trucking Continent, weathering storms together and journeying forward as one!
